The Philadelphia Eagles have fired offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo, head coach Nick Sirianni announced in a statement shared on the team's official website Tuesday (January 13).

Patullo, 44, initially joined the Eagles as a passing game coordinator in 2021 and took on associate head coaching duties in 2024 before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2025. The decision comes two days after Philadelphia was held without a touchdown in the second half of Sunday's (January 11) NFC Wild Card Round loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

"I have decided to make a change at offensive coordinator," Sirianni said. "I met with Kevin today to discuss the difficult decision, as he is a great coach who has my utmost respect. He has been integral to this team's success over the last five years, not only to the on-field product but behind the scenes as a valued leader for our players and organization. I have no doubt he will continue to have a successful coaching career.

"Ultimately, when we fall short of our goals that responsibility lies on my shoulders."

The Eagles ranked 24th among all 32 NFL teams in total offense with 311.2 yards per game and 19th in scoring offense with 22.3 points per game during the 2025 regular season.
