Hands up, who knows that the NBA Finals are a two game series? If you listen to the national media, one would think that Golden State has already won this series, Golden State is the greatest team ever assembled and that Kevin Durant is now the best player on the planet.
I have had ENOUGH of these idiots. The national media is a joke and it's WAY past time to expose these bozos for the ass kissing morons that they are.
Let's go through the checklist of futility that the national media has become, shall we? First and foremost, the idea that this series is over is beyond stupid. There is a golden rule in a best of seven series and here it is: A best of seven series doesn't start until the home team loses a game. Think about this for a second. What did Golden State accomplish? They held on to their home court advantage and that's ALL THEY DID!!! Are we now to say with a straight face that any best of seven series that starts out 2-0 in favor of the home team is now a series that's impossible to win?? Absurd thought...
Golden State is the greatest team ever assembled?? Kevin Durant is now the best player on the planet?? Are you freaking kidding me?? How about this novel concept national media bozos, why don't we wait until the end of this series before making such an absurd statement? How about waiting for the process to be over, instead of falling into the "flavor of the month journalism" that most of you morons have become.
Yes, Golden State has a 2-0 lead in this series and they have looked impressive in doing so. However, this series is far from over. I would think looking stupid, like the national media did last year when the Cavs came back from a 3-1 deficit, would've made these people think twice before running their mouths this year.
Guess people have to learn the hard way...
